This is hosted by Catherine O’Brien, with occasional guest speakers.



Daily mindfulness practice can be hard to maintain.  Yet when the structure is there and followed, small intrinsic changes begin.  Our resilience deepens, motivation increases and the shared sense of community strengthens our practice.


What you need:

Zoom app, Internet connection / Web browser

A calm space where you will be interruption-free for the time we are together.

We encourage coming daily but if you can’t that’s ok.

The Zoom room opens 5 minutes before we begin

We begin on time and latecomers welcome until 5 past the hour
