Employee Well Being Workshop

The WHO definition of a healthy workplace is as follows:

‘A healthy workplace is one in which workers and managers collaborate to use a continual improvement process to protect and promote the health, safety and well-being of workers and the sustainability of the workplace’

Programme Overview

Health and wellbeing have become a strategic consideration for organisations. There is growing evidence that workplaces have a key role in promoting health and well-being among employees. An organisation that is healthy and well is more likely to be productive, innovative and competitive. In order for organisations to develop a workplace well-being strategy, organisations must be clear on their approach to employee well-being.

This workshop is designed to provide participants with the tools to develop a sustainable health and well-being programme in the workplace.

Who should attend?

This programme is designed to equip participants with tools to encourage healthy habits.  In 2020, the workplace has changed for everyone.  Whether you are working from home, a classroom, an office, or the frontline, just as you take care of your body, it is important to take care of your mind.

Employee Wellbeing makes sense. People spend a large portion of their life at work. When a work culture encourages healthy habits, people have a deeper sense of inner contentment, ease, and happiness.

Wellness initiatives at Work do not have to take long. This employee wellbeing workshop inspires and teaches people to practice small changes and develop healthier habits that have a big impact.
