Programme Overview

Health and wellbeing have become a strategic consideration for organisations. There is growing evidence that workplaces have a key role in promoting health and well-being among employees. An organisation that is healthy and well is more likely to be productive, innovative and competitive. In order for organisations to develop a workplace well-being strategy, organisations must be clear on their approach to employee well-being.

This workshop is designed to provide participants with the tools to develop a sustainable health and well-being programme in the workplace.

Who should attend?

This programme is designed to equip participants with tools to encourage healthy habits.  Covid-19 changed the workplace for many.  Working from home (WFH) is here for the foreseeable future. 

Employee Wellbeing makes sense. We spend a large portion of our lives at work. When a work culture encourages healthy habits, people have a deeper sense of inner contentment, ease, and happiness.

This employee wellbeing workshop gives people a toolbox of wellbeing practices to help develop into healthier habits that can have a positive long-term impact.
